FIG. 01 — THE RECORD
Shipped, dated, measured.
Every case below has a date, a number, and a live URL — or an honest reason it doesn’t.
FIG. 02 — THE CASE GRID
The grid is empty. That’s on purpose.
We’re a young studio by name and a senior team by miles. There are no client case studies here yet — and we’d rather show you an empty grid than a borrowed logo wall.
When client case studies go live, they’ll appear here with numbers — not adjectives. Each one written in the shape of the Omega Method itself: the end state we signed, the evidence we found, the Fridays we deployed, and the numbers ninety days later. Misses included. That last part is not a typo.
Until then, the most honest thing on this page is the space where the proof will go.
Every published case: ≥3 hard numbers · ≥1 reported miss · verified in writing
- 01OMEGA STATEMENT
The signed end state, on one page — set before build, quoted verbatim.
- 02EVIDENCE
What Week 1 proved — and the one thing the evidence killed before code.
- 03BUILD
Four Fridays, four deploys, each one dated, each one a URL.
- 04LAUNCH
Promised date next to live date. A gap is reported, never reworded.
- 05NUMBERS
Day-90 actuals against the signed targets. Misses included.
FIG. 03 — THE KILL FILE
These are the products we were paid to not build.
Their founders kept their runway.
Every Discovery Sprint ends in a written verdict: go, or kill. When the evidence says the demand isn’t there, we say so on paper — and walk away from the build fee a “go” would have carried. Every kill verdict is counted and published here: what was proposed, what the Evidence Ledger actually showed, and what stopping cost us and saved them.
We publish these because they’re the one proof section no one can fake. An agency cannot show you the projects it refused. We can.
If this file is empty when you read it, that’s honest too — the counter is real, and it starts at zero.
- THE IDEA
One line, in the founder’s words, anonymized only when contractually forced.
- WHAT THE LEDGER SHOWED
Interviews run, signals absent, pricing test result — the evidence, not our opinion.
- WHAT STOPPING DID
What it cost us, and what it saved them — in dollars and months of runway.
Saved: build fee + runway · Our fee: $7,500 · Held as credit
FIG. 04 — THE BUILD LOG
A public, dated record of what ships.
Dated, public, and unedited once posted. Every Friday deploy gets an entry — what went live, what the evidence said, what broke. The first entry lands the Friday of our first deploy.

FIG. Ω — THE END STATE
Your case study starts with one page.
Every project on this page will have begun the same way: a 30-minute working session and a drafted Omega Statement. Whether the verdict is go or kill, you leave knowing — with the evidence to prove it.
